GWO BST - 3.5 Days
GWO BST equips students with essential skills, including fire awareness, first aid, working at heights, and manual handling. These combined modules equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in the event of an emergency and to improve their safety through the proper use of PPE, emergency equipment, and procedures.
BST combines First Aid, Working at Height, Manual Handling, and Fire Awareness
BST - 3.5 Days - $1750
BST Refresher - 2 Days - $1000
BST First Aid is designed to equip participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to recognize the signs and symptoms of life-threatening situations. Participants will learn how to administer safe and effective first aid, specifically in the wind industry environment. The goal is to save lives and prevent further injury until the casualty can be transferred to the next level of care.
Includes:
Primary & Secondary Assessments, CPR/AED, Scenario based training, Medical emergency situations, Hypothermia, Fractures
GWO Manual Handling is designed to help participants understand how to minimize the risk of musculoskeletal injuries and perform their tasks safely in the wind industry.
Includes:
Essential manual handling principles, injury symptoms, risk assessments, warm-up activities & lifting principles 
Students will learn to be prepared and act responsibly when using personal protective equipment, working at heights, and performing basic rescue operations during the GWO Working at Heights module. This training will enhance their abilities to work safely in a wind turbine setting.
Includes: 
Equipment Inspection, Safe climbing principles, Positioning, Evacuations and Ladder Rescues
Fire Awareness prepares students with the skills to prevent fires, assess fire situations effectively, manage personnel evacuations, and ensure everyone is accounted for during a fire incident. If the situation is deemed safe, participants should be able to efficiently extinguish a small fire using basic handheld firefighting equipment.

Fire components and structure, Contingency plans, Fire hazards and prevention, Equipment and inspection, Scenarios
