Advanced Rescue Training
GWO ART - 3 Days
Advanced Rescue modules focus on performing rescues in locations in a wind turbine that present challenges in the event of a rescue. Optimum also includes a Confined Space Entry & Rescue Certification with each full ART class, preparing participants who may enter permit-required confined spaces during potential rescues.
ART combines 2 modules - Hub, Spinner, Blade, Nacelle, Tower, and Basement.
ART - 3 Days - $1750
ART Refresher - 2 Days - $1000
BST/ART Combined Refresher - 4 Days - $1750
Single Rescuer - 1 Day - $500
Through both theoretical and practical training, students in the ART Hub, Spinner, and Blade modules learn to perform rescue operations in a wind turbine hub, spinner, and inside the blade. They use industry-standard rescue equipment, methods, and techniques that exceed the standards set by the GWO Working at Height.
Includes:
Packaging, Mechanical Systems, Lowering and moving a casualty
ART NTBR enables participants to perform rescue operations in a nacelle, tower, and basement, utilizing industry-standard rescue equipment, methods, and techniques.
Includes:
Packaging, Raising, Lowering, and moving a casualty with mechanical systems
